Do I have to audition? Auditions are required for those who are seeking scholarships, financial aid, or those who want to be
considered for our partner program, Riverside Dance Festival. Otherwise, students can apply using the Application link and
instructions included on this webpage. Live auditions are also offered for out-of-town dancers seeking to learn more about the
program. Motion41 Dance students do not need to attend a live audition, but must submit their application.
When are applications due? Class size is limited, so apply early. If a dancer is accepted, places in the program are given on
a first-come, first-serve basis. Any applications received after May 1st incur the Surcharges listed below and are subject to
availability in the program. All Boarding Student Applications must be received and processed by May 1st.
How do I know which program I'll be in? All dancers age 13+ attend the Summer Intensive program. All dancers ages 10-12
will attend the Jr. Intensive unless the Guest Faculty determines differently after the placement classes on the first day. Jr.
Intensive dancers who qualify may be placed in select afternoon classes in the Summer Intensive. All Boarding Students will
participate in the full day program.
